Hi there crafting friends!
It´s not as frequent here in the blog as usual, I´ve given my self a little christmas 'vacation'. LOL.
Im crafting and coloring every day, but not blogging as much as I use too.
But be patient (!) it´s a short vacation. I´ll be back in full swing in a week again!
Today comes a little inspiration from me, using the wonderful Krista image released from Make it Crafty.
Love this digi image! The hair is amazing, and so much fun to color.
I´ve made an Easel-card, using one of my Spellbinder dies.
Together with papers from Inkido, doilys and lots of Pearlmaker.
Flowers are from WOC.

Hi there crafty friends / Hejsan alla pysslande vänner!
Igår kväll vad jag med i en utmaning på en sida på Facebook som heter "En kväll - En utmaning".
Jättemysigt koncept, men jag har aldrig haft chansen att vara med på någon tidigare.
Men jul ledig som jag är, plus att det var Åsa som höll i utmaningen, så tog jag chansen och var med och skapade ett kort. :0)

Last night I participatet in a challenge on Facebook in a goroup called "One night - One challenge".
A really nice concept, but I haven´t had the chance to enter any challenge so far.
But this time I did, having Christmas Holiday and the fact that it was a crafting friend (Åsa) that held the challenge made me feel really inspired. :0)
Temat var rött, snöre, tag och text, och med knorren Hjärtan.
Jag passade på att göra något som inte hade temat Jul,
även om det också hade fungerat bra.

The theme was red, string, tag and sentiment, and with the extra addition of Hearts.
I choosed to do something other then Christmas theme,
though it could work fine too.
Stämpeln är från Saturated Canary och är färglagt med Copics.
Min Copics samling består mestadels av Sketch pennor.
Anledningen till det är många, dels för att de innehåller mer bläck redan från början, dels för att de finns i alla färgerna, men framförallt för att jag tycker de är skönare att hålla i, vilket gör färgläggningen lättare.
Jag har givetvis en hel del Ciao också.
De är perfekt att testa med i början, eftersom de är billigare att köpa och har precis samma kvalitéer som Sketch i övrigt. Det som kan vara bra att tänka på är att, eftersom de endast finns i ett mindre urval av färger, så kan det vara svårt att hitta färgkombinationer som passar bra ihop.
Ett av mina mål under jul ledigheten är att lägga till lite olika Nybörjar tips för Copics här på bloggen.

Love all the wonderful flowers and leafs in cream and turquise.
Matching so well with the papers.
Lots of half beads, glitter and Pearl Maker.

Distress Markers for Scrap-Perra...

This wekeend I´ve participated at Scrap-Perras lovely Christmas Craft Event.
At the event I did a demonstration on how I use and color with Distress Markers.
Just giving some tips and showing how I do.
Here comes the two images I colored:
I´ve used almost the same colors, but colored the first one a little darker. Just to show the difference it can make for the image.
And here comes the finished card.
I used papers from wonderfully Pion Designs For Mother.
Distressed the edges with Walnut Stain.
The shape of the card is made with dies from Spellbinder and Cherry Lynn.
The theme in Scrap-Perras Blog all December is flowers!
So I´ve tryed to add as many different ones on the card as posible. LOL
Maybee I wen´t a little crazy with this one. He, he.
